Blue washing

Bluewashing  walls is basically white washing plus a hint of tint....ALSO not an easy task... .

Reminder my entire home is done in planks of wood - some cedar, some pine, some unknown. I really do love the wood look, however mission lighten and brighten has come on full force.

SOOOO...

Scoop the paint, lose the measuring cup in the pail AGAIN! Add water & tint.

Realize the rougher the cut - the more painting needed - the warmer the room the faster it dries. I may have a problem!!! it's hot out, so its hot inside. I have the doors open to keep the giant beast dog out of the paint. OH the board meeting my personalities are having is off the charts tonight!

Voice 1 who always says, "Be polite your mother raised you to be a nice person!"  Shake my head - It is very hard to do this because I am the fool who signed up for this... I cuss a bunch, no one but Oakley can hear me. 

Voice 2 always reminding me, "Your mother raised to say nothing at all if you have nothing nice to say." I ignore this voice in this entire situation, for I am the only one to say mean things to, so continued cussing.

Voice 3 is saying (in her normal annoyed voice of adult reason) Why did I do this???? Can’t you see this is going to stress you to the max??? I DON'T KNOW!!!! 

Voice 4 pipes in, having perpetual PMS, is snapping out her usual slew of profanity… @#$%^&* AND THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS when you try to do things on your own. ISSUES every turn of the way!!!! !@#$%^& She isn’t very wrong, and to make it worse I know others are merry thinking the same thing. 

Voice 5 comments with today’s uplifting quote.  “Beauty takes time"

Voice 6, with all her jolly personality, with all her determination to take over the world one step at a time, tossing glitter along the way smiles and states Oakley and I will love it when it's done...Toss the Glitter and embrace it!!

AGAIN so not easy but sure is purty:)

sigh.........2 more rooms to go.

Tara the spotted and paint covered unicorn has this!! Just, well my arms HURT!!
