Muddy walks

Pup: Wagging his tail so hard and his eyes are like a ticker reading PLEASE momma, take a walk.

Me: Ohhhhh it’s a beautiful warm day, let’s check out that new park I found the other day!!

Lovely ride with the windows down & top out of the Jeep….. Arrive at the new to us, park. We march about, happy to be outside. There is a gravel trail, yeah!!! Utt oh, gravel trail turns into mulch, okay not bad. Why is the mulch now pine needles??? OHHHH NO!!!!! Pine needles now gone – SWAMP! Total and utter SWAMP!! Black mud, foamy water is now the replacing the perfect trail.

Pup: Looks back at me wide eyed, and his eyes seem to say HELLLLLZ YEA!! Explodes into a full sprint.
Voice 1 who always says, "Be polite your mother raised you to be a nice person!"  Try’s to remind pup that he is to walk not, take off like a he’s on speeders and forgotten his listening ears at home.

Voice 2 always reminding me, "Your mother raised to say nothing at all if you have nothing nice to say." Asks pup, now do you think this is the best use of our walk time? DO you really think I want to touch that ikky stuff?

Voice 3 is saying (in her normal annoyed voice of adult reason) Why are you even asking a fuzzball what he is think? You really need to get a grip on his listing skills and punish him.

Voice 4 pipes in, having perpetual PMS, is snapping out her usual slew of profanity… @#$%^&* DO YOU EVEN HAVE LISTENING EARS PUP????   !@#$%^&

Voice 5 comments with today’s uplifting quote.  “When you try to control everything, you enjoy nothing!”

Voice 6, with all her jolly personality, tossed glitter along the way singing – Glitter on Pup, Glitter on!! Let us run, splash and play!! We both wash and seriously - who cares????

WOW, was that fun. Each day I feel a little better about who I am. I have decided bitter is not better. I still hold board meetings with all my personalities (sometimes they are multi times a day) But, I am embracing the idea of Enjoy the hand you are dealt. If there is mud play in it. If there is water STOMP in it. Laugh until you cannot breathe. Enjoy each moment – we literally will not have it again 😊

Thanks for the read! XOXO

Dippy egg omelet

Daughter: MOM, serious question – can you make a dippy egg omelet?
Me: What? No, but I mean that would be pretty delicious.
Daughter: Fine! Scrambling sounds. Okay well now it’s pale.
Voice 1 who always says, "Be polite your mother raised you to be a nice person!"  Good job kiddo.

Voice 2 always reminding me, "Your mother raised to say nothing at all if you have nothing nice to say." I am proud of you.

Voice 3 is saying (in her normal annoyed voice of adult reason) Why are you even asking this?? Oh the boyfriend has made fun of you – Yup I knew it

Voice 4 pipes in, having perpetual PMS, is snapping out a slew of profanity… @#$%^&* you never did pay attention when I gave you cooking lessons did you? !@#$%^&

Voice 5 comments are filled with uplifting quotes. “Live and let learn”

Voice 6, with all her determination to take over the world one step at a time, tossing glitter along the way wins the convo - Glitter on Daughter!! Try new things, maybe I will even try to make one dippy egg omelet.
THEN I HEAR – so how do you make it half a circle???
Tapping out.

Thanks for the read! XOXO

Glitter on my Queens...

I’m back (AGAIN) found the need to delight myself in blogging, for those who like to laugh 😊

All my lovely voices are intact!

A few changes to relay to the few cyber world followers of my venting.

Daughter has graduated.  NEVER FEAR she still has great tales to share. Suzuki lives with her. I now have the GIANT YETI AKA Oakley. Son is now the on the fast track to college graduation.  We are all scattered about the state. Unchanged, I still believe in unicorns, love glitter, and laughing (sometimes prompted by high proof alcohol)!!!
So, without further ado, here is today's round table of my mind discussion time.
Voice 1 who always says, "Be polite your mother raised you to be a nice person!"  Is happy to report I am still free and not institutionalized – even though a few folks (bless their hearts) wish I was.

Voice 2 always reminding me, "Your mother raised to say nothing at all if you have nothing nice to say." Has actually learned to be quiet, well maybe, okay no no this is a lie… Moving on.

Voice 3 is saying (in her normal annoyed voice of adult reason) You are a big girl, put on those big girl panties and hit the key board – AGAIN. Turning 40 has changed nothing. **haha note, there are still no such panties**

Voice 4 pipes in, having perpetual PMS, is snapping out a slew of profanity… @#$%^&* single life is humbling and fun. People are still nosey. @#$%^&

Voice 5 comments are filled with uplifting quotes. “No one is too busy, it is all about priority” “when nothing goes right, go left” LEFT it is
😊

Voice 6, with all her determination to take over the world one step at a time, tossing glitter along the way, has yet again won the tiara of ruling today's round table discussion. Glitter on B!TCHE$, we are queens, we got this.

Thanks for the read! XOXO
