Second to last set at the gym...
Very, I mean very well built man waits for me to finish my set. Legit, has so many bulging muscles, I truly believe he could stop a bus with one arm. I question in my mind why is he waiting for me. I know he doesn't need my 8 lbs. dumbbells. None the less I take my earbuddy out and say, yes?
He says I don't want to interrupt your workout but you are beautiful. And that smile. Then turns to walk off.. WHAT THE WHAT!!!!
I am shocked and stutter out, Wait, Hi I am Tara and extend my hand for a church style handshake. He shakes my hand, says Pete. Then still stunned me stares as he curtly turns on his heel and walks off.
That group of personalities in my mind toss a board meeting all right! And for now I can't even sort it out. Just going to leave it with, Nice to meet you Pete. Not interested in dating, but thanks for the statement. My workout was positively effected by your compliment and I appreciate it :)
